WHISTLER YOUTH SOCCER
Spring Starters Indoor Program
WYSC is pleased to be able to offer our youngest soccer players an opportunity to play soccer this Spring. This program is open to 3, 4 & 5 yr old boys and girls. It is a great opportunity for players to try soccer.
4 and 5 yr olds are welcome to join this program and/or the Outdoor U6 Program on Saturdays at Myrtle Philip Lower Fields.

Spring Break Musical Theatre Camp with
Broadway or Bust
Ages: 6 - 13
When: March 24th - 28th 9:00am - 4:00pm
Description: In one week we will learn a musical complete with costumes, solos, speaking lines, music and choreography. We will perform for family and friends on the 28th.
Spring Break Sing Out Camp
Ages: 5 - 9
When: March 17th - 21st 1:00pm - 4:00pm
Description: This is a great place for a young singer to start! We will learn how to sing simple harmonies, rounds and unison pieces all while discovering proper singing techniques. This choir will be preparing a small set to be performed on March 21st.
Spring Break Early Musicianship Camp
When: March 17th - 21st 9:00am - 12:00pm
Description: This program is perfect for young children who love to sing and dance, or who would like to get a head start on some skills needed for private music lessons! Early Childhood Music classes are designed at SAM to form a strong foundation for future music study and enjoyment. Children in this class will have fun developing their sense of pitch and rhythm through songs, rhymes, movement, singing games, and exploration of simple percussion instruments. We will listen to various pieces of music and respond with drawing and movement. Children will also be introduced to basic musical notation.
MARCH MADNESS CAMPS
A full day of supervised activities to keep your child occupied on those non-instructional school days. During this fun-filled week we will have an outing, do arts and crafts, play games and cook. For children in Kindergarten to Grade Six. March 17 - March 28.
Fun activities include Skating at Olympic Plaza, Snowshoeing, Cross Country Skiing, Bricks4Kidz, Origami, Tubing and more!
In addition to our planned activities, special guest Ira Pettle will be shaking things up at camp. Ira has many years of experience working with children and you may know him from the Holiday Experience this year. He will be at camp on March 17, 20, 21, 25, 27 and 28. Get ready for a bingo party with DJ Ira, Minute to win it game show and a few more fun activities.
All participants are required to fill out a registration form with a copy of an immunization record prior to attending camp. Our registration forms can be found on our web site www.whistler.ca
SQUAMISH RECREATION SERVICES

Spring Break programs include, camps for school age and preschool age, including Bricks 4 Kidz March Break Mania for ages 5-10 years. Bricks 4 Kidz allows children the opportunity to explore their creativity using LEGO® bricks to build creations from one of our themed model builds of the day. The Bricks 4 Kidz camps take place from March 17 to March 21 and March 24 to March 28 from 9am-12pm and/or 1pm-4pm. Register for the morning session, and receive a 50% discount if you also register the same child for the afternoon session. That works out to only $82.50 for the afternoon session. Supervision will be provided between 12pm and 1pm.

SPRING PROGRAMS AT MILLENIUM PLACE
A new year sparkles with potential, and nothing increases potential like learning. Right now the Whistler Arts Council is offering a series of new classes tailored for young minds and energetic bodies, with everything from mixed media and photography to djing and a week-long theatre camp over Spring Break. Kids will develop their fine motor skills, gain confidence in body movement, meet friends, and learn a new skill. And what better way is there to spend your Spring Break than making your own show?
Classes range from drop-in to continued development and are available for everyone, from the wee to the graduating.

WHISTLER OLYMPIC PARK
SPRING BREAK CAMP
Kids 8-13 are invited to join Whistler Olympic Park for fun in the snow this spring break. The week long camp includes a broad spectrum of snow activities including: Biathlon, Ski Jumping, Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing, ski orienteering, and even an outdoor weenie roast.
The camp runs from 9:30-3:30 daily March 17-21 and costs$170.00/week for Whistler Olympic Park pass holders or $195.00/week for non-pass holders. Daily rates are also available. Participants can bring their own skis and snowshoes or rent from Whistler Olympic Park ($75.00/week). Participants should have at least basic cross-country experience or be a good alpine skier at a minimum.
