Welcome to the summer newsletter for Ask the Bellwether, the workshops of Amelia Garripoli (that's me!)
After an exciting 3-festival June, I'd like to welcome the new list members and say hello again to those already on the list.

The sheep are shorn, the dye pots are out, the indigo is growing ... It must be summer!
July and August bring several fun summer workshops, details below. Upcoming shows:

July brings two guild visits and the annual dye workshop:

July 20, Skagit Guild is hosting Silk Road in Mt. Vernon
July 26, Oak Harbor guild is hosting Blending Boards and Spinning Rolags
July 27, Learn to Weave Rigid Heddle has two participants -- come join the fun!


August is county fair season. I am judging at two area county fairs, you are welcome to come and observe the judging -- it's educational, and you get a peek at what goes on before the fair starts. There are also two fun studio workshops.
