2014's workshop theme: Transformation. I have two exciting workshops on weaving fabric into cloth. That's right, take fabric, cut it up, and weave it back into fabric. Both techniques maintain the fabric's image; the first uses plain weave, the second uses 4 harnesses. The simple act of spinning is the initial transformation -- from clouds of fiber into strong yarn. Let 2014 be a year of transformation for you through these workshops.
I'd like your input on this workshop list: what would you like to see offered, that isn't? when would you like workshops offered? Perhaps some of these should be later, and your favorite should come up in January or March ... This is your first opportunity to suggest changes. You can also throughout the year, as I will announce workshops monthly in the email newsletter and post not more than 3 months forward on the website. The calendar below is not final, but a starting point. Your input will help make it the best year yet!
