Jeff Thompson, MD, Gundersen Health Systems 
JEFF THOMPSON, MD, is executive advisor and chief executive officer emeritus at Gundersen Health System, pediatrician, author, and speaker on values-based leadership. 
Dr. Thompson has authored and been featured in many articles, book chapters and abstracts on healthcare, leadership and sustainability topics.

State Secretaries from Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa to discuss workforce development 

We are lucky to have all three State Secretaries coming to join us at this event. Come listen to thoughts and plans on developing the future workforce of our region. 

Executive Survey Results 

The final results of the 2018 Executive Survey will be presented at this event. Data was collected from employers and employees on the state of the region, identifying some of the most important challenges moving forward. 

We have received nominations for this year's Lee Rasch Partnership Award, and we look forward to announcing the winner at this year's event. 

Last year, The Opportunity Center located in Prairie du Chien won this award due to the opportunities it provided within its community.
