 This fisherman's paradise comprises of 3 different bases to fish from, located in Melville Island, Johnson River and Bathurst Island - 3 of the Northern Territory's most renowned fishing locations. You will fish in style and comfort from custom built 6.5m alloy boats with top of the range fishing gear included and professional guides who know the waters extremely well. These lodge locations offer all inclusive packages from Darwin and Fishing Getaways can arrange for your flights and pre/post accommodation so all you need to worry about is when you want to go! Barra are prolific throughout our rivers and creeks and are caught in good and often very good numbers around fallen trees, gutters, creek mouths, rock bars and sand flats. Barramundi are active all year on the Tiwi Islands with many trophy sized barra exceeding one meter in length caught (and released) by guests each season.

The Vanuatu Trifector - Shipwrecks, Marlin & Volcanoes!

This exploration will present the best that Vanuatu has to offer over 3 amazing islands and 14 amazing days. Beginning with the main island of Efate to chase the Marlin you have always dreamed of catching, then on to the island of Tanna where you will climb one of Vanuatu's amazing active volcanos and last but not least off to the island called Santo for a little more fishing and the opportunity to snorkel or dive some of Vanuatu's most pristine waters.

Fish Thailand - The Phuket Exploration

Asia is a relatively new fishing destination for us here at Fishing Getaways and we do like to fish our locations personally to be certain that we are offering the best that is out there, so this trip will be an exploration of the Thai fishing waters and we are asking you to come along with us. Fishing in Thailand has been the centre of the southern culture for thousands of years and the island of Phuket is located on the edge of the Andaman Sea which is the most fish-rich area of Thailand.
