There are sea mounts within easy running distance rising up from great depths to within 30 meters of the surface, stirring bait and attracting all kinds of game fish. This place has a unique fishing area with extremely deep water and a range of upwelling’s out to the east extending over 60 miles to the Manu’a Islands. There is very little pressure on the fisheries with larger commercial fishing vessels not allowed within 50 miles of shore. You will be fishing for Marlin, Yellowfin Tuna, Masi Masi, Wahoo, Dog Tooth Tuna, Sailfish, Giant Trevally and much more. American Samoa is the best kept fishing secret in the Pacific!
