Attention boat owners

There are changes to boat trailer parking laws which will be enforced from 2017. If you park your boat on the street, you will no longer be able to leave it in the same spot for an unlimited amount of time.

Charities rely on donations, not rubbish

Items that are dumped around charity bins cost charities thousands of dollars each year and damage our environment. Avoid fines of up to $4000 by donating properly.

Council to build new RFS station

Council will build a new Rural Fire Station next to Berowra Oval, where it will have fast access to both Berowra and the freeway, and will be able to accommodate three trucks.

Sunset Sessions

Sunset Sessions returns in 2017. Join us on Friday evenings in Hornsby Mall throughout February for live music, street food and suitcase forages.

A 20 year plan for land use, transport and infrastructure, outlining how the Greater Sydney Regional Plan may be applied at a local level.
Submissions close: March 2017

A lot of effort is going into the realignment of Hornsby Mountain Bike Trail, allowing it to stay open while Hornsby Quarry is partially filled. Watch the video
