Customer Spotlight:

Since its release in 2010, WhistlePig Straight Rye Whiskey has been turning heads in the world of premium spirits, earning 96 points from Wine Enthusiast, their highest rating ever for a rye whiskey, a “highest recommendation” from Spirits Journal, as well as accolades from The Wall Street JournalGQForbesMaximImbibe Magazine, and many others.  At 100 percent rye content, WhistlePig Whiskey is a rare kind, though this delicious liquid is no more extraordinary than the company behind it.
Based in Shoreham, WhistlePig Farms grows winter rye on the very fields grazed by the Norris Brothers' cows just a few years ago.  Horses, sheep and Mangalitsa pigs now dot the fields, and maple trees on the farm are tapped for sugar.  The team at WhistlePig matures and hand bottles their acclaimed 10 year rye at 100 proof and, with the addition of their distilling operation later this year, will complete their goal of creating a single estate distillery  WhistlePig is proud and delighted to be a customer of The Little Pressroom!
