Hawaii is Haunted: Old Pali Road

Think visiting Hawaii means an un-spooky Halloween flooded with rainbows and sunshine? Think again. Hawaii is haunted. Some areas are more haunted than others. The reasons behind the hauntings are usually shared—modern buildings built on ancient burial sites or over heiau (places of worship). Some locations were once the sites of devastating tragedy. And others, like Old Pali Road in Nuuanu Valley, are also tied to the divine.
