Pro Road teams
This issue

Having fielded the largest number of teams in the last two Tours de France, fi’zi:k again returns as the dominant saddle brand in the pro peloton.
Contributing to its strength-in-numbers presence and closing the gap left by the dissolution of HTC-Highroad is Team Sky.  With 2011 Road World Champion, Mark Cavendish on board, fi’zi:k maintains coveted ‘world champion saddle’ status.  Throughout his transition from Team HTC-Highroad to Team Sky, Cavendish was staunch not only in his decision to join Team Sky but also in his desire to use only the best equipment available.
Returning in 2012 to fi’zi:k’s roster of UCI Pro and Pro Continental road teams are: the BMC Racing Team pro men and pro women Garmin-Barracuda; Liquigas-Cannondale; Rabobank pro men and pro women;  Cofidis; and FDJ-Big Mat; Saur Sojasun; Androni Giocatolli; and Team Colombia Coldeportes. Granfondo fi'zi:k
The Third Edition of the fi'zi:k Granfondo is just around the corner.
Marostica image

There in Marostica - located just minutes from the fi’zi:k Headquarters in Pozzoleone – a unique cycling and life experience awaits you.
Nestled at the base of the foothills, medieval Marostica is a picture-perfect and befitting backdrop for the mass start that defines the Granfondo.  Some could say that cycling is like a game of chess – your opponent makes a move and you counter; you must always be thinking ahead.   How suitable then to size up the competition, here in town square that is a gigantic marble chess board!  Every other year, town locals don the garb of pawns, knights, bishops, Kings and Queens, and live horses are mounted to square-off in what is now a world renowned game of chess.  The 3rd annual fi’zi:k Granfondo – for its starting point alone – is a Granfondo not to be missed.
