Violinist MingHuan Xu reports that three instruments were stolen from Chicago home last Wednesday as her family slept, including a 1758 Nicolò Gagliano violin. Xu is director of the string program at Roosevelt University and a member of the Grossman Ensemble. Anyone with information about the violin is asked to call Chicago Police.
