Dan Promotion Ceremony: 26 June 2019
Congratulations to our very first Cho Dan, Anneliese Yee!
We're pleased to announce Sydney Moo Duk Kwan have our very first Cho Dan (black belt) in Ms Anneliese Yee. Ms Yee tested for her Cho Dan in November last year, and we have recently received her results, confirming she was a successful candidate.
We would also like to extend our congratulations to Mrs Michelle Chilton; our long-distance member who travelled all the way from Queensland to take part in the Region 3 testing. Mrs Chilton was also successful in passing her Cho Dan assessment, and we hope to see her back here in Sydney sometime in the future.
Dan promotions are a formal event, and we would like to extend an invitation to all current and past SMDK members, family and friends to come along and help us celebrate this momentous occasion for our small club.
