The Australian Moo Do Community
Good afternoon all,
Regardless of what is happening in our world, certain things remain constant; the sun comes up, taxes, Soo Bahk Do. We cannot control the first two, the but third part we can. Even though the dojang is closed (for now), members of the Australian Federation are uniting together online to stay connected and share their at-home-training experiences.
Yesterday we launched the Australian Moo Do Community Facebook group; a group set up specifically for people like yourselves to stay connected during these difficult times. If you have a Facebook account, I encourage you to take a look and get involved. We're slowly adding more content every day, and would love to hear from you if you have any suggestions.
If you don't have access to Facebook, we will also be adding the bulk of content to a publicly accessible OneDrive. So far we have a series of training documents and a small number of videos. You can access the files here, with more added daily.
At some time in the next few days we hope to announce a series of live classes, taught by different instructors from across the country. Please keep an eye out for this announcement and it'll be great to see everyone online.
It's easy to take the soft option and decide to put your feet up for the next few weeks/months, but that will only come back to haunt you later on. Keep up your efforts now, and once to dojang reopens we'll all be in a strong position to continue the journey forward.
Yours in the Moo Duk Kwan,
