Term 3 ... and we're back.
Classes for Term 3 are back on Wednesday 20th July. Same times, same location ... new techniques and loads of new challenges. This term we focus on the Soo Bahk Do Sparring Combinations; a collection of 18 drills that will assist in developing your confidence, your skills and hopefully they will make your sparring training even more enjoyable.

We've spent the first half of the year building our foundations in basic techniques, and now it is time to start applying some of our new skills in a controlled combat situation.
Oh, and kicks. There will be lots of kicking.
