Premium Vinegars, U.S. Rye Whiskey See Sales Rise 

This Distilled Spirits Council reports that rye whiskey volumes in the U.S. have increased by 778% since 2009. And Bloomberg reports that vinegars, an often overlooked ingredient, is in the middle of a high-end revival with sales forecast to rise 6% worldwide.
