Right: We are getting gardens ready, ordering more marquees and furniture, reconfiguring menus, talking to suppliers and generally getting stuck in to be ready for April 12th and the reopening of our outside areas. We will of course inform you nearer the time of the what, where and how we will be opening. Sufficient to say right now; we can't wait! May the weather be beautiful and may hospitlaity flow...

We've been working with Cambridge based Pinkster Gin who produce a raspberry infused variety. A natural progression therefore is: Pinkster Gin Cured Salmon, Roasted Baby Beetroot, Celeriac & Mustard Slaw, Crispy Onions, available as a bolt on to the 2 course meal kit. Our Smokeworks Mother's Day Feast for 4, truly is for those Mums who prefer their ribs, buns and rock 'n' roll! Consisting of our 'Ribs and buns for 4' meal kit with extra Mac 'n' Cheese, followed by either our own Sticky Toffee Bourbon Pudding or Chocolate & Orange Marmalade Bread & Butter Pudding with some whipped vanilla cream. You can even add a bottle of Prosecco to your order if you need to.
