Welcome to an *almost* brand new month. I SO enjoy the reflective process of sitting down with my Daybook to tie a bow around the former month and dream up the next one. Watch for my process on the blog over the next few days.

This week on Tranquility du Jour I shared tips on mindfulness and my own struggle, a penchant of stripes and polka dots in things I love, a peek inside my weekly writing jaunts to New York, my Tranquil Space muse on celebrating tranquility, and a homemade jam giveaway.

I enjoyed five days in Oklahoma with my parents {in upper right pic} last week crafting, remembering my beloved Gramma, chatting for hours, soaking in their claw foot tub, savoring sunshine on my skin {thank you vitamin D}, learning to single stitch crochet, and watching movies. The downtime offered a lovely shift in perspective and routine.
