Happy Valentine's Day to YOU. I hope this note finds you taking time for yourself and relishing in a much-deserved moment of self-care.

At Tranquility du Jour this week I shared tips on mindfulness, a peek at a few things I love, a request for input on the celebration of OUR 10-years, a peek inside a Tranquil Space yoga class, and my week in review.

Now I'm looking forward to continuing the celebration of this heart-filled day. After writing this morning, teaching at noon, and penning this love note, I'm recording two podcasts {you're going to love them!}, and heading back to Tranquil Space for a partner yoga workshop with my Beau. And, truth be told, I can't stop thinking about those tasty carnation hearts. Yuuuuuummmm.

Wondering how to honor yourself on this special day? I have a few tips to help infuse today {and beyond} with sprinkles of tranquility. Pick a few to try tonight or this weekend and watch a welcomed shift in perspective emerge.

Schedule a massage. Soak in a bubble bath. Sip bubbly. Take a book to a cafe for hours of reading and tea sipping. Pull out your journal and answer this question in great detail, "How am I feeling right now?" Savor a yoga class. Pen your life story on one page. Go to a matinee. Get a mani pedi. Treat yourself to an intoxicating meal. Buy pink tulips. Spend time connecting with a loved one. Take a digital day off. Write snail mail love notes. Organize your desk. Dabble in your art journal.
