HOLISTIC HEALTH PRACTITIONER TRAINING PROGRAM
This course was created to give students the necessary information to open and maintain an independent practice in the field of holistic health. Natural nutrition acknowledges that the body functions best when it is nourished from whole, live and natural foods supplied by nature. Nutritional symptomatology is the process of interpreting bodily symptoms to find underlying causes and nutritional imbalance. This 30-hour introductory course teaches you how nutrition affects the body at a cellular level with optimal food choices. Learn to identify nutritional imbalances in the 11 body systems using the Nutri-Systems Profile, and develop a nutritional plan for yourself and others.

Subtle Aromatherapy | 15 Hours

Subtle aromatherapy uses the vibrational qualities of essential oils to facilitate the healing of the body’s energy field, chakras, psyche and soul. A subtle aromatherapy treatment involves bodywork coupled with spiritual healing, energy transfer and essential oils. It synergistically combines universal life force with the plants’ and client’s life force.
This 15-hour course covers:
• Psychoaromatherapy—the impact of essential oils on the brain and nervous system
• Mood enhancing qualities of major oils—relaxant, stimulant, euphoric, aphrodisiac
• Blending formulations for 24 subtle aromatherapy oils. Includes precious oils such as

This course takes us gently into our internal world of biases, privilege and racism. We all like to believe we are not racist, but it is so very difficult to escape what we heard and saw while growing up. Our language, our humour, our unconscious sense of privilege are all markers of how racism surfaces without awareness. Learn how racism cuts off our connections to others personally and in our communities. On top of connecting to others, how racism impacts our spiritual life.
The complex issues and dynamics intersecting race, class, gender, and sexuality which challenge our
democratic and humanitarian values and ideals, are explored with a focus on understanding the value of
diversity, inclusion and equity while we better understand ourselves, our clients and communities.
Learn the damage to others when people tell inappropriate jokes or may use language that points at racial groups, members of the LGBTQ+ community and women.
Creating a safe, open and non-judgmental environment to allow such uncomfortable discussions to take
place.

Colour Therapy is a form of vibrational healing using visible light spectrum colours to enhance well-being.
This course will give you a working knowledge of how colour may help to energize and balance you on a
physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.

• Colour Tonating—the use of coloured light filters to treat specific areas of the body and for
emotional and mental healing. Integrating with other modalities
• Colour Breathing—absorbing and transmitting universal energy by means of assimilating colour

Aromatherapy is the use of aromatic, botanical essential oils to balance and rejuvenate body, mind
and spirit and to alleviate symptoms of illness. This 120-hour course is organized into 8 modules and
involves the study of 40 essential oils, history, safety, sustainability, sourcing, industry insight, holistic
skin care and an in-depth exploration of a variety of application techniques for various ailments.
Upon completion of this course and the required 10 case studies to verify your understanding, you
will have the knowledge to integrate aromatherapy effectively and safely into your holistic modalities.
For those wishing to pursue additional aromatherapy studies towards a certification please speak
with your teacher to arrange registration and transfer of your 120-hour credits.
Modules:
1. History and introduction to essential oils. Study of 10 essential oils.
2. Absorption of oils through skin and lungs, olfaction and blood brain barrier. Safety data and
contraindications.
3. Extraction, quality and basic chemistry of oils. Complex and multi-condition blending.
Compresses, ointments, vegetable butters and clay.
4. Client assessment and case study form. Contraindications to massage and basic safety.
5. Blending for specific conditions such as pain, cellulite, arthritis, digestion, etc.
6. Aromatherapy Applications.
7. Practicum for treatment. Case study supervision.
8. Complete 10 case studies for the program.

This 10-week Unit is a Certificate Course within the Spiritual Director Diploma Program.
An opportunity to look at our greatest mystery, and as such, our greatest fear. Fear of death often co-
relates to our fear of living life fully and consciously. Cultural traditions around death as well as such
difficult areas as euthanasia, suicide and medical assistance in dying and ageism will be explored.
• From aging to sagehood
• Grieving our losses, cultural traditions at death
• End of Life caregiving and support
• End of life decision making and legalities
• Dignity, advocacy, and client involvement
• Transitioning to the non-physical and conscious dying

NEW Mediumship Course
This course is experiential and will lift the participants up from a place of hiding their abilities to owning and embracing those abilities. Mediumship expressed through healing, clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, psychometry, inspirational speaking, writing and art will all be worked with. Overcoming
fears that may be present and moving through any blockages that may be holding your mediumship abilities back.
Who is this course for? – Anyone with a committed interest in developing their mediumship skills. Best for those who have already had experiences but find them hit and miss and/or have trouble regulating the flow of energy and information. Anyone with experiences that were frightening and may be holding you
back.

Under the mentorship of his Grandmother, a Church Pastor he worked in the churches, lecturing and then giving messages from Spirit in the various
Church services. By age 21 he was running development circles taking over from his grandmother during her serious illness. He has travelled internationally as a lecturer as well as a medium, from Toronto to Vancouver, Buffalo to Lilydale and over to the UK. Even working in the French language in Montreal.
