On Thursday, May 5, we will have our next Executive Team meeting for the Southern Wisconsin Baptist Association. We are inviting all of our pastors and their leaders to participate, as you are part of the Executive Team. This meeting will be historical as we have three churches making presentations to come into the SWBA.

The three churches who have already completed their application and been interviewed are the following:

            1.   Bethel Baptist Church of Janesville with Pastor Drew Super

            2.  Amistad Cristiana of Kenosha with Pastor Rafael Escobedo

            3.  Memorial Baptist Church of Verona with Pastor Jeremy Scott

Each of these pastors will be sharing their testimony on their desire to come into the SBC and the SWBA. Then you will have time for question and answer with each pastor. The meeting will take place at Transformation Church located at 2340 Manley Drive in Sun Prairie, WI.

On April 6, a team of three leaders came from the Kirksville, Missouri area to tour mission opportunities in Milwaukee. This team will be partnering this summer with Walter Gutierrez of Nueve Vida en Cristo and Issa Safadi of Arabic Church of Milwaukee.   

The Southern Wisconsin Baptist Association has a partnership with the Thousand Hills Baptist Association, who will be bringing the team. They will be doing both construction projects and ministry projects when they come for a week this July. We look forward to seeing how God is going to use this partnership.
