explore the aural construction of sound sculptures.

Our first show was at The Luggage Store, and we have a new shows coming up in San Francisco and the East Bay!
(see right column for show listings)

This is a track from one of our rehearsals. We called this piece The Big Bam and worked off of a contemporary score drawn by Stephanie Hartono and developed by the group. Each member brings her own sonic experience of performance, collaboration, travel, education, and imagination to our loosely structured improvisations.

Singing jazz with The Cottontails

Beloved swing band, The Cottontails played Little Minsky's 6th anniversary show at Club Deluxe. Little Minsky's is on of San Franicsco's all-time favorite burlesque revues, nestled within the cozy caberet confines of The DeLuxe! I got to sit in with a few numbers like A Train, St. James Infirmary, and Black Coffee. What a fun time!

Tin Foil and Laser Guns at Ictus Gallery

Located in the Mission, Ictus Gallery is a hot spot for community gatherings, art showcases, and special events. We celebrated a night of site specific, fantasy indulgent cabaret style in-outdoor theatre with experiemental performance artists Sasha Baskina, Philip Huang, and Theo Knox. Also featured a butoh-inspired dance performance by Chrysalis exploring the cycle of life, new songs and soundscapes by yours truley, juicy spoken word by Sam Sax, and a psychedelic tinfoil extravaganza with props by Victoria Grace Canby. It was amazing.

The Future!

I am moving! I will no longer be based out of The Bay Area after July 30.
Please come to the shows in June and July, as I will not be booking in San Francisco until November. My time here has been magical, and I am sad to leave. However there are new adventures ahead.  It has been an honor to play for you, to create for you, to be apart of a community so rich in contemporary culture. I am a lucky, lucky gal. Thank you. ♡
