HABITAT MAPPING EMAIL SERIES: 3rd Activity
Habitat Network Member Since <<Join Date>>

Dear <<Citizen Scientist Login_Name>>,

Today’s Activity: Is Your Map Complete?

Our last email covered how to fill-out habitat map characteristics. Today we ask the ultimate data-quality question: Is your map complete?

That’s right mappers, it is time to face the music. After-all, this is a citizen-science project and we have to look after our data quality. Your map is a big part of our effort to collect accurate data about habitat gardening, so read-up to see if your map meets the basic requirements for a complete map.

Did you know that once you hit the minimum threshold for a complete map (80% of your map area covered by habitat polygons), Habitat Network will unlock the Objects palette? You can then add trees, bird feeders, bat houses, and much more! So, get mapping.
