Change is Coming to YardMap

YardMap and The Nature Conservancy are excited to announce a partnership that will take YardMap to its next phase over the coming months: Habitat Network. Powered by the Cornell YardMap platform, the Habitat Network will be the same great application with a new name, an expanded mission, and an ever-increasing suite of tools to help you in your efforts to manage landscapes ecologically. Look for the name change on July 1!
