New CSA offering: Acabonac Farms beef share
Did you know that our CSA now offers a share of local, all-natural, grass fed, pasture-finished beef from Acabonac Farms. Headquartered in Amagansett, Acabonac Farms also has cattle at Sylvester Manor?

A share is $640/ year and will consist of 4 pickups with approximately 8 pounds each of ground beef, burger patties, steaks and stir-fry strips.

Mashomack Preserve director Jeremy Samuelson and Daniel Gale Sotheby's have invited Sylvester Manor to share its vision and practices at the third in a series of Water Quality discussions.

Space available in our printed program 
There is still time to purchase an ad in our popular printed program that's released next month -- excellent exposure and a great way to show your support! We will print 4,000 of these popular booklets filled with Sylvester Manor Educational Farm happenings to distribute throughout the year.
