Update for our SBMT community.
Dear SBMT Community,
SBMT Strategic Planning – Surveys
Currently at the St Bedes/Mentone Tigers we are planning for our future.
We applied earlier this season for a government grant to assist us with this process and we have now engaged the services of “Sporting Community”, a company which specialises in Strategic Planning for sporting clubs.
At SBMT we believe our club is bigger than any one person. We know we are best when we work in our individual teams as well as a unified club, both juniors and seniors and the club all together.
A big part of ensuring our club is equipped to move successfully both on and off the field through the rest of this decade, is hearing from YOU!
We want to hear about what is important to you. We want to know your opinions about the club and the way forward for us all.
Yesterday some sections of the club would have received the relevant survey for them via an individual email. If you did not receive the relevant survey for you, please click the link below for the survey that fits your role at SBMT, eg “Parent Survey”. If there is not a survey specific to your role, please complete the General Club Survey to provide your feedback.

In the coming weeks there will be some small focus groups as well as a whole club workshop in October, to add to the information collated from these surveys.
Please take a few minutes to complete the relevant survey for you, to assist our St Bedes/Mentone Tigers to confidently move forward through the remainder of the 2020s.
R U (really) OK?
Yesterday was RUOK day. When asked that question most of us will just state that we’re fine and move on. This year there is an added focus for that question: R U REALLY OK?
As we at SBMT always recommend, please stay connected to your teams and check in with team mates and club members who you know are vulnerable. These are tough times and connecting with our club mates is what will get some people through. So remember to PHONE A FOOTY FRIEND!
