Community Bank Parkdale – Bendigo Bank

Please see this note below from our SBMT major sponsor Bendigo Bank Parkdale:

You may not think who you bank with matters. But it does. For our customers, their banking is making a real difference.

Everyday our customers help change lives, and save lives, simply by banking with us.  Their home loans are providing accommodation at the Ronald McDonald House Monash Unit 2, a place to stay for seriously sick kids and their families. Personal loans, business banking and credit cards are funding sporting clubs and organisations with new facilities, equipment, mental health programs and defibrillators to save lives in our community.

We also have the Victorian Homebuyer Fund – The Victorian Government has launched its new shared equity scheme which aims to accelerate the path to home ownership.  You can only access this opportunity from two banks, one of which is Bendigo Bank.
If any SBMT club members consider banking with Bendigo Bank Parkdale, please make sure you say you’re from the Tigers! This will help support further sponsorship of our club.

Team Sports 4 All helps local under privileged kids participate and stay within community sport. TS4A was started by a couple of Rovers dads and now currently assists over 100 children to play sport, who otherwise would not be able to. They have established themselves in Bayside and in 2020 commenced taking on families in Stonnington. https://teamsports4all.com.au/about-team-sports-4-all.  We will be working with TS4A to help them raise some money towards a wonderful cause.

Schedule:
1. BBQs & Canteen throughout the day (to help raise donations for TS4A)
2. Junior - Youth Boys & Girls Practice Matches (across Brindisi & Southern Rd)
3. After all games are complete…we can all gather upstairs, for some nibbles and drinks

Please don’t forget that all players must be registered in order to play in practice matches.
