Greetings! You may have sent a RSVP to the Zendo Psychedelic Harm Reduction Training, and/or you may be on the Living Love Revolution mailing list. This fabulous training is tomorrow!Click here for event info >>
If you don’t want to miss out on this special one-time training opportunity, you need to complete these two steps ASAP:
Call me at 206-612-3511 to verify that you will bring cash, check, money order or a credit card to the venue before 1pm on Saturday, to be used with a Square app at the door
As the host of this event, I need to know how many people will actually be attending and what you will be paying. The event is $50-$100 sliding scale, and I do not have a way to provide scholarships.
The cost of hosting the training (set by the presenter Sara Gael) is $1,000.00 plus round trip airfare, and Sara was gracious enough to accept this engagement without advanced payment. As of this morning, only two people have paid in advance for this workshop, which leaves me with a potential of having to pay $865 out of pocket.
It would be a great relief to me to receive your payment today, or to be contacted today about your payment intentions for tomorrow.
I apologize for the previous PayPal snag with my usual account. I have updated the registration form to indicate all the possible ways you can pay for the training.
Please call me if you do plan to attend at 206-612-3511and to let me know if there is anything else you might need.
We will be serving tea but no food or snacks.
Please do bring a folding chair or pillow/cushion to sit on. The venue has a lot of open space and great wood floors but very little furniture.
With Golden Waves of Love & Consciousness,
Reverend Teri D. Ciacchi MSW
Living Love Revolution is sponsoring this training to educate our communities about being with people in altered states of consciousness.
This year, millions of people will use psychedelics outside of supervised medical contexts, many of them for the first time. Difficult psychedelic experiences can be frightening, but also potentially among the most valuable experiences someone can have.
What can you do to help someone having a difficult psychedelic experience? What techniques are available for helping transform a potentially traumatic situation into a positive or even therapeutic one?
About Presenter Sara Gael: Sara received her Master’s degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology at Naropa University. She is the Director of Harm Reduction and the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies. She maintains a private practice as a psychotherapist specializing in trauma and non-ordinary states of consciousness.
