Staying Balanced Around the Coronavirus
<<First Name>>,

It's time for sanity around the Coronavirus.  I was going to write my own post, and then lo and behold!  I discovered that a few of my favorite expert buddies in the field just launched a beauty of a tip sheet / post: Shala Nicely, Reid Wilson, and Kimberley Quinlan.  Stay with me if you don't suffer from OCD.  This post honestly has good tips for all of us to live by values and beliefs rather than emotions, fear, and non-reality based thinking.

We know through research that a person can have multiple, distressing, subclinical obsessive compulsive traits that can momentarily interfere with their lives, but which may not reach a diagnostic threshold.  The tools we use at a high level in treating OCD and anxiety disorders can be extrapolated into day to day growth and learning, because they are ultimately based on principles of human functioning and brain functioning.

Let's face the fears we have reason to face and not fall prey to panic-driven thinking.  Enjoy this fabulous article.

Blessings,

~Justin
