New Year, New You

It’s 2017: a new year and a fresh start. It’s that time of year where we reflect on the past and make goals for self-improvement. We have a tendency to make this an independent affair. Individually setting and maintaining goals can be difficult, especially when we are lacking inspiration and motivation. We should consider making our New Year's resolutions with our family instead.  Not only do we benefit from the goals we set together, but our children learn self-discipline and the value of setting goals and seeing them through. See how you can set goals together!

Facing Barriers in Winter

With the hustle and bustle of every day life, we are continually disconnected from the outdoors. This is especially true when it comes to winter. A disconnected community/ society can lead to a lack of appreciation and support for environmental sustainability and health. Many people face barriers when it comes to spending time outdoors once the weather gets cold. We are here to inspire you to change the stigma around staying indoors during the winter! Here are ways you can spend time outdoors this winter.
