Love for a Child Summer Camp Sponsorship
We express our sympathy to Bob & Sandy VanderZwaag (3580 104th Ave., Zeeland) following the passing of Bob’s brother, Wayne, on May 4th.  Funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm, Saturday, May 8, 2021, at Borculo CRC, 6464 96th Avenue, Zeeland MI 49464. Visitation will be 1-3 & 5-8 pm, Friday also at Borculo CRC.  Please feel free to watch the service at https://borculocrc.org/youtube-channel.
 
We express our sympathy to Marla VanDam (2560 Rhodora Dr., Zeeland) following the death of her son-in-law, Brent Deters, on May 5th.  Rev. Josh Harrington will officiate a private family service on May 11th.
 
Kim Haveman (12151 Forest Ct., Holland 49424) is in Zeeland Hospital with pneumonia. 
 
Dorothy DeRoo (10372 Holiday Dr., Zeeland) was able to go home on Tuesday after a brief stay at SKLD.
 
Ruth Hertz (110 S. Zeeland Parkway, Zeeland) has returned home.  Please pray for strength andimproved clarity for Ruth, and for the family as they care for her.  Thank you for the cards and prayers. 
 
Tom Wentzel (8555 Quincy St., Zeeland) has been transferred to Meijer Heart after a heart episode on May 5th.  He is struggling with breathing issues from COVID and is on a ventilator.  
 
Austin Boersema (3484 Sage Creek Dr., Zeeland) started radiation on his back this week.  
 
Paula Glass (12055 Croswell St., West Olive 49460) is going to have tests done on May 6th to help determine what is going on. She is very weak because she is not able to eat.

Melissa VanHoven (9000 Ransom St., Zeeland) is at Blodgett hospital in ICU, off the ventilator and breathing on her own.   She is still on kidney dialysis and is weak, but improving.  Praise God for another miracle!  Please pray for continued healing in her lungs and kidneys. 
 
Gloria DeKam (1689 W. Clearwater Dr., Zeeland) had a biopsy of the adrenal and lung masses, and samples have been sent to Mayo Clinic.  Results should be back in about a week, so they patiently wait.
 
Ben Terpstra (11059 Stanton St., West Olive 49460) will be having total hip replacement surgery on May 12th to try and correct the issues after his auto accident last November.

Lydia Bouwens (age 12) has finished treatment for her Optic Glioma - praise God!

Tracy Lucarelli’s dad had a vein bypass in his leg and is recovering at home, hoping to come home from Florida in a couple of weeks.   
 
The Guatemala Mission Team will be working and serving on location May 9-14. Please pray for safe travels, safety on the work site, for opportunities to share the love of Jesus, and for open hearts to receive it.  Team members include: Bill Henry, Kurt Henry, Brian Lamar, Dan Maly, Randy Meppelink, Bob VanderZwaag, and Pete & Sue Zwyghuizen. 

RE-OPENING PLAN

Starting May 1st facility access and use returned to pre-COVID guidelines.  The Saturday evening services have been discontinued, however we will continue to designate the east wing at the Daybreak (8:45am) service on Sundays for those who prefer to a wear a mask and keep space between yourself and others.  Online services will continue.
