Gord & Shirley Reeves’ daughter-in-law, Karla (39), is at Spectrum following a stroke on March 4th. Please pray for restored health for Karla, and strength and calm for her family. Praise God that Grandpa and Grandma can care for the kids while Kevin is with Karla and for the best medical care available so close to home.
Melissa VanHoven (9000 Ransom, Zeeland) is off the vent and moved to Meijer Heart. Her lungs are continuing to improve, but they are concerned with how her heart is reacting. Also, a CT scan of her lungs showed some spots on her spine. A bone biopsy will be scheduled to investigate this concern.
Alec Driesenga (312 Summerlin, Holland 49424) has been dealing with seizures for the past few weeks. He will be seeing an epileptologist sometime in March.
Kim Parker (11518 S. Lake Dr., Holland 49424) is experiencing a significant iron anemia problem. Please ask the Lord to intercede on her behalf and get her to the specialist she needs.
Rick DeVisser (286 Dartmouth, Holland 49423) has been diagnosed with prostate cancer and will be meeting with a radiologist on March 17th to help determine course of treatment - surgery or radiation. Please pray for patience, calm, and discernment as they wait and make decisions.
Joyce Torrence (2472 Sawtooth Ct., Holland 49424) is recovering at home following spinal fusion surgery on February 24th.
Jeanne Sovienski’s (767 S. Meadow Ct., Holland 49423) granddaughter, Brittnee, will need 24/7 care when she’s released from the hospital. Please pray for discernment as the doctors and family work together to determine the best plan moving forward.
Jodi Ensing (10936 2 Trax Trl, West Olive 49460) has met with doctors and underwent a CT scan on Wednesday. Surgery will be in the next few weeks.
Nick Borgman (605 E Lincoln Ave., Zeeland) had surgery on February 22nd to remove a cyst and is recovering at home.
Audrina Knoper (age 12), daughter of Cody & Danielle (10015 Blair, Zeeland) has been dealing with epilepsy the past several years. She recently had some tests done to try and determine some next steps. They will hear back from the neurologist in a few weeks.
Lucas (Katrina) Smith (4556 Salem Dr., Hudsonville 49426) is in Spectrum Butterworth Hospital after emergency surgeries to repair a torn aorta. He continues to improve slowly.
Rose Houtman (230 S. State St., Unit 120, Zeeland) is seeing improvement in her feet and legs.
Michelle (Dan) VandenBerg's (281 101st Ave., Zeeland) mom, Linda Creekmore, is under Hospice care due to long-term effects of COVID.
