The Medicaid and COVID 19 virtual conference starts in less than a week! Check out the Attendee Guide below to make the most of your time

We outgrew our old webinar solution and have moved to Big Marker for this event.

We went ahead and got you registered on the new platform, so you don't have to do anything. But the login info and reminder emails will be for the Big Marker solution, not the old gotowebinar one.

Please take a minute to confirm you got the email from Big Marker showing you are registered for the conference on the new platform. 

If you see the email confirmation from Big Marker, there is no need to do anything else.

We will have 4 Days of incredible content. Each of our 30 speaker sessions will include presentations and 10 minutes for audience Q&A.  If you haven't reviewed the agenda in the last week or so, take a quick look using the button below:

Tip 1: Make sure you have the updated login info from the Big Marker webinar system for each of the conference session blocks 

We had to switch platforms because we outgrew our old one. The new platform is called Big Marker. 

If you did not receive these please check your spam folder. If you still did not receive them, please send an email so we can help you make sure you are set up and good to go. 

Tip 2: Have some good questions in mind for your favorite speakers

The success of the conference is all about how much discussion is generated. Now more than ever we need your questions! 
You can ask questions live during the event, or you can submit them ahead of time. 


We will also be giving away a $100 Amazon gift card each day. To be registered to win you need to ask a question (either in advance or during the live session).  

Submit questions ahead of time for your favorite speaker

Tip 3: CEU Seekers- List out the sessions you will want CEU for so you can easily get your certificates

All sessions will count as 1/2 CEU unit for those who want CEU credits. Since we have so many sessions, we are not doing individual CEU codes (we normally do the secret code at the end). All you need to do is send a list of the sessions you want CEU for and we can confirm using the attendance report- and voila- we will send you your certificate. Have a plan in mind for which ones you want to get CEU for. 

Tip 4: Sign up for a virtual happy hour

This social distancing thing is weird. Important. But weird. Did you know the word weird has its roots in "the Wyrd" which ties back to Old English and proto-germanic concepts of fate/ the supernatural. 

Anyways- join us for our virtual happy hours. We are keeping them to about 10 people and will have some fun discussion topics planned. We still have some space, so send a note to join.
