Thank You for Your Concern

Three weeks ago, I was involved in an accident that resulted with a broken nose and a severe concussion.  The first week and a half, I was ordered to complete bed rest – no driving, no working, no playing with kids, no vacuuming, etc. The doctor was very clear that I needed to let my brain heal.

I want t
o express my sincere gratitude for your thoughtful words, encouragement, prayers and concern during that difficult time.

Being limited to bed rest with ‘minimal” mental stimulation gave me a new appreciation and perception of all the blessings, including the caring individuals, in my life.  My family and dear friends were by my side and stepped in to
tend to pressing matters and projects. I can’t thank you enough for everything that has been done!
I am still working with doctors and physical therapy on lingering injuries, but each day I feel better and am able to do more!

Thank you again for your concern and thoughts!

Sincerely,

Laura Olson, Executive Director
