Braces Make Better Faces
Jason is a kind, bashful 16-year-old boy and has spent most of his life in a Residential Treatment Center. He has always been afraid to smile and has voiced that his teeth caused him low self confidence as well as pain. The orthodontist recommended he receive braces due to many complications of his teeth and jaw structure. We were beyond excited to be able to provide Jason with braces to correct his smile. As he transitions into adulthood, he will now have a boost in his pride as well as an improved self-esteem!

Thank you CCSO for giving children in foster care this amazing experience!
In February, Foster Angels teamed up with CASA of the Coastal Bend to give foster kids the opportunity to learn about art in an enriching environment. For children in foster care who may have had to leave behind everything they once knew, this event allowed them to create something beautiful and unique that they can keep forever. Most importantly, it was a fun event for the kids to create a self-led project with a tangible finished product that served as a reminder they are capable of great and wonderful things in this world.
