Hi Everyone, 

I hope you all weathered the storm okay. I know many of us don't have power . . . or cell phone service . . . or running water for that matter! I'm without all three at my apartment in Nolita (though otherwise doing great) -- trekked up to a coffee shop on the Upper East Side today for a work session to catch-up on all communication. 

Given all the craziness (and the fact that I haven't showered since the power went out!) I am sorry to say that I'm cancelling class tomorrow. We will still have class next Thursday, November 8. And save the date: Dec. 6 will likely be the date of our December class. 

I hope you're all staying warm, dry and entertained! A perfect week for a candlelight home yoga practice, perhaps?
