Since 1975, Baker's Waterproofing & Foundation Repair has been the prominent basement waterproofing and foundation repair contractor in the region.  They understand that not every problem can be fixed with the same solution.  Whether a house has a leaky basement, bowing walls, foundation settlement or a natsy crawlspace, Baker's Waterproofing & Foundation Repair can provide a custom designed solution.

Baker's Waterproofing & Foundation Repair has a well-respected reputation and a strong word-of-mouth referral program which generates a third of their business.  Unique to many other contractors, Baker's is family run, but benefits from a large network of dealers that share product development, best practices and support for all aspects of the business.  PolyLevel is the newest product across the network of dealers. PolyLevel is a polyurethane grouting system used to level uneven concrete roads, driveways, sidewalks, patios and pool decks.

Brian Baker, President & Owner of Baker's developed the mission statement that focuses the company on Intergrity, Excellence, Innovation, Outreach and Unity.  These principals have allowed continued company growth.  Current construction is under way to add more than 5000 square feet of additional production and warehouse space.

GRC Fall Classic 2016 a Succes!
The weather cooperated and our golfers enjoyed a picture perfect day on Friday, September 30th at the Fall Classic.

Golfers enjoyed morning donuts provided by Keystone Bakery, lunch at the turn, buffet dinner, on-course beveages, chances at great hole-in-one prizes compliments of All Seasons Travel, Angels World of Cycles and MarBill's Diamonds & Jewelry, and a few added surprises.

Each golfer received a shoe bag compliments of Jacob W. Cuthbert, CFP - Waddell & Reed Financial Advisors. Trophy plaques were awarded to the first, second and third place teams, along with skill prizes, door prizes, raffle prizes and a prize drawing for a free foursome to next year's outing.

The generosity of our sponsors, donors, and golfers, our planning committee, our volunteers and the staff at Cedarbrook Golf Course make this, by far my favorite GRC event. You are responsible for the success of the event and the ongoing support of the GRC Scholarship Program.

My sincere appreciation and thanks to all of you!

Moving can be a hassle but not if you're prepared and have a reliable mover such as Allied Van Lines. Part of our moving services commitment is keeping you informed and educated. One of the biggest questions is: it's my last week at my current home, what should I do to get ready for my move?

Allied has put together a comprehensive pre-move timeline starting eight weeks before your move but encourages the following in the week prior to the move:
1. If you're working with a mover, such as Allied Van Lines, contact your moving counselor to confirm arrival time of the moving van and provide any last minute details.
2. Prior to the packers' arrival, place any items not intended for transport in a safe area.
3. Pack a box of personal items that will be needed immediately at your new home. Have this box loaded last or carry it in your car.
4. Drain gas and oil from power equipment (lawn mowers, snow blowers, etc.).
5. Defrost your freezer, refrigerator and wipe it out. Block doors open so they can't accidentally close on pets or children.
6. Have your major appliances disconnected and prepared for the move (washer, dryer, ice maker). Your moving counselor can help with arrangements for a third party to provide these services.
7. Pendulum clocks, pool tables, hot tubs, sewing machines, pianos, waterbeds and large screen TVs may require servicing and packing. Please notify your moving company of these items to ensure they are properly prepared.
8. Backup any important stored data you have on your computer. Remove printer ink cartridges and copier toner.
Also consider donating any unwanted items to our charity of choice, Move for Hunger (http://moveforhunger.org/).

Allied Van Lines offers customized solutions for each type of move whether it's local, interstate or international. We've been around this business for over 85 years and have built the largest moving network in the world so you can expect the best customer service experience and no surprises. We'll get you where you need to go. Visit Allied today at www.allied.com for more information or to get a free quote.

Peak Season is Coming!!!!!!!!! Please let anyone that you know, that is planning on moving, to get their dates in before we book up.

Best regards,
Mark Tabacca

P.S. Feel free to forward these tips to your customers, clients, business partners, family or friends.
