Adopt a Statewide Ban on Texting While Driving

The Children’s Hospital Association of Texas urges you to support House Bill 63

Representative Tom Craddick has authored House Bill 63 that would establish a statewide ban on texting while driving. HB 63 will be considered on the House floor on Wednesday, April 17.

Motor vehicle crashes remain the leading cause of death of children. HB 63, establishing a statewide ban on texting while driving, could avert some of these fatalities.
