John Rainey is out on vacation this week but he wanted to make sure that we still sent out our newsletter to you. Below are his thoughts; he will be back next month.
The entire Accella team wishes you and your family a safe, Happy New Year. We look forward to working with you in the new year.
As the end of 2011 quickly draws to a close, I wanted to reach out and offer a hardy season greetings to everyone. Accella has enjoyed another year of solid growth which attests to our excellent staff and proven processes.
One of the aspects of our company that I think is the most impressive is our client retention rate. We have always had an extremely high client retention rate,
I believe that is a testament to our staff being highly professional, knowlegdable and most importantly accountable. Our average employee has more than 5 years of industry experience when they join our team and some of them already have 20+ years of experience in development before they come to us.
So while we may not be the most inexpensive development team to work with, you can rest assured that your project will be completed in a professional manner and any bump in the road we hit, we will overcome.
Happy Holidays and have a great New Year!

Why is it so hard to find great developers?
Earlier this year, I wrote a three part series on how to work with developers and make sure that they produce exactly what you want.
I received a lot of great feedback from those posts, and it has helped our clients work closer with our development team. I thought I would share it once again with you.
