As we've discussed before, stress (whether from overtraining or "real life) can cause your cortisol levels to skyrocket, and when your cortisol levels increase, your "alpha-hormone," testosterone, decreases at a rapid pace...

And the longer you let this Beta-Rebellion continue, the worse your body will look and feel.

Unfortunately, many of the training programs you find from people who aren't really sure what they're doing are going to force your body to make a lot of cortisol.

Increasing the stress hormone has been linked to increased body fat, muscle loss, mood swings, poor brain function, and so much more… all of which are crucial if want to get the respect you deserve as a man while oozing with fresh confidence and looking your absolute best...

Even worse, you can lose your ability to get it up in the bedroom… turning her wild-eyed excitement into a frown and maybe even a chuckle when she sees that you're not quite "up" for it. LOL

According to the International Journal of Impotence Research, high cortisol levels are linked to embarrassing side-effects like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and infertility. Beyond just potential embarrassment, that's all serious business.

Not to mention high cortisol levels will rope you in with the other 30 million men who suffer from low testosterone daily...

Which is why you should follow our colleague Alain Gonzales' advice and avoid these 3 common training mistakes that release more beta-makers into your bloodstream and CRUSH the alpha inside of you.

--> The 3 Beta-Makers You Must Avoid (They're Crushing Your Manhood!)

Till next time, train hard—and smart—for BIG results.
