If you're like us, and we assume you are, you've probably believed that women went crazy over huge muscles. You've probably aspired to look like Arnold at some point. We definitely have.

Over the years, however, the picture of the perfect physique seems to have changed in the public eyes.

There were several years when it seemed like women preferred a leaner and smaller physique similar to Brad Pitt's in Fight Club. (That look was never something we've had any desire for, and you probably haven't either.)

Luckily, that seems to have just been a fad, or at least it seems a more muscular look has become more desired again. Not pro bodybuilder big, but something in between with good muscularity and chiseled detail...
