Free Sunday Squash in September!

No Limits is offering free access for their squash courts (and all of their facility) on Sundays through September to Kamloops locals - you just need to show id that you live in town and you can play for free.

If you would like to play and need to borrow gear or would like an intro or a refresher lesson, we can offer that for free as well - just send an email.

Squash Tourney

The early-bird squash tourney has been postponed and will be rescheduled - we are now looking at a weekend toward the end of October or early November. An update will be sent out soon.

Fall Squash League

If you are interested in playing in the fall squash league email us at and note whether you prefer Wed or Thurs evening or either. League play will likely start in the third week of September.

League fees will be collected for the fall league and the winter league, $20 for either league. If you can't commit to playing weekly, we can list you as a sub if you are available to play some sessions.

Women's Squash Week

We are offering free squash coaching and round-robin play to women and girls interested in the sport of squash, on two dates during Women's Squash Week. These events will be run by Alison Slater and Kirsten Humphrey, and are targeted toward newer players and to those who haven't played for awhile. Volunteer help from other women players is welcome - email for info!

Dates: Tuesday September 18, 6:30 pm - 9:15 pm
Saturday September 22, 9:30 am - 11:45 am
Cost: free!

Racquets and eyeguards will be provided as needed, at no charge.

Thank you to our volunteers, and to No Limits Fitness for providing the court space!

Box league

The box league is a good option for anyone who wants to get an extra game in here and there. Players are placed into groups (boxes) of 4-6 players. At the end of each session (usually monthly), the top 1-2 players move up, the bottom 1-2 move down, and the middle players remain in place.

The box league can be found here:
