Founders Spotlight: Nikko Ritter, Class of '07

Nikko Ritter photoAs a high school student, Nikko Ritter was one of a handful of male athletes to compete at the elite junior level for equestrian sports. These days, he is part of a small group of up-and-coming young riders that are building upon their successes at the junior level to make a name for themselves in professional riding circles. And, as a Crooms Academy of Information Technology Class of 2007 graduate, Ritter is our school's first professional athlete, and now is a member of The Founders Society.

As we reviewed the applications, all of the students had unique strengths that made them excellent candidates: high GPAs, involvement in school activities, and various community involvement efforts. Justin Bagley

Why did I become a member of The Founders Society?

My investment in The Founders Society allows someone else to reach their dreams, just as I have. Crooms AoIT has done so much for me that I thought joining The Founders Society is the least I could do. I have met some amazing people and made some life-long friends that I have kept in touch with because of my time at Crooms. Plus, the amazing faculty and staff made a big impact by investing their time and resources in us. - Read more about Justin Bagley

Micheal Morgan

Why did I become a member of The Founders Society?

I fell in love with Crooms as an 8th grader looking forward to high school. Crooms AoIT has given me more than any other educational setting I have been in. I believe in what Crooms AoIT is doing, and I would like to see our Alumni Association be able to be more actively involved with the school itself. My hope is we are eventually able to create a bridge between the alumni and the student body, and create some interesting synergies when it comes to hands-on learning for Crooms AoIT students.Read more about Micheal Morgan
