We're hiring! Support Agent & Interface Analyst

Interested in joining the Ohio Health Information Partnership team? As our organization continues to expand, so does our staff.

We're currently hiring for a CliniSync Support Agent

The CliniSync Support Agent must be able to quickly develop a thorough knowledge base of the technical products provided by CliniSync and  to understand and interpret client business needs. The agent will be responsible for coordinating client support requests during normal business hours and must be available in the office 40 hours a week Monday through Friday.

We're also hiring a CliniSync Interface  Analyst who is a highly motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills. This individual must be a quick learner able to engage in the operations that are related to the implementation and support for CliniSync clients, including the development of software and interfaces used both internally and externally.

Effective Use of Patient Portal:
Teaching Your Staff to Teach Your Patients

This webinar will demonstrate how to be successful with the patient portal by sharing strategies for engaging patients to manage their health. We will discuss how patients receive/view information and submit information to their providers. Also, providers will learn how to leverage reminders in the patient portal (both appointments and general health reminders).


March 13 is new MU deadline for hospitals only

A February 28th deadline has been extended to March 13 for hospitals only. This encompasses Meaningful Use attestations and for the submission of eCQMs for the IQR (Inpatient Quality Reporting) program.
This extension does not include the Eligible Providers for Meaningful Use attestations.  Eligible Providers must complete attestation by 11:59 PM on February 28th.

The announcement came Tuesday from Dr. Kate Goodrich of the CMS Center for Clinical Standarads and Quality. Here is her blog with the official announcement.
