122 hospitals now "live" on CliniSync

We now have 122 hospitals "live" on CliniSync out of a total of 149 contracted hospitals. This means these hospitals are either sending reports and results directly to practices or have the capability to do so. Please take a look at this list of hospitals and go to our interactive map to look up hospitals in your county and those surrounding you.

We also have approximately 1,200 practices connected. In addition, we are connected with a commercial lab (Pathlab) as well as 400 or so long-term post-acute care facilities. Behavioral health facilities and even some social service agencies have joined with us.  Every day the network you've all helped us build continues to grow!

Welcome new practices and facilities!

Check if your practice is on our new map at CliniSync Community Members

Practices, LTPACs:Take advantage of no cost results delivery

Wouldn't it be great to go to only one place when you want real-time patient results and reports from different hospitals?

For busy practices, a connection to CliniSync allows you to pick and choose the hospitals from which you would like to receive discrete, structured results as well as transcribed reports. You can receive these directly into your electronic health records or as a PDF. This saves on staff time and can greatly streamline your workflow. Learn more by reviewing our Results and Reports Delivery web page.

There's no cost from CliniSync for this and other core services, including direct, encrypted messaging between two providers or access to our new Community Health Record, where you can access health information on a patient from various sources. While your EHR vendor may charge you for an interface, we've worked with more than 30 vendors to ensure this a cost-effective and streamlined process.

CliniSync provides:
  • Service
  • Project Planning
  • Project Management
  • Vendor Relationship Management
  • Training
  • 24/7 Support
If you don't believe us, just take the word of your fellow professionals by reading what they have to say in this testimonial fact sheet.

To learn more about these services, go to our website and click on Sign Up For Services to get information and discuss possible options with a Community Outreach Manager in your county.

Here is a list of hospitals either "live" on our network or in some stage of implementation.

You can also look up hospitals, practices and other kinds of facilities on our interactive map.

We look forward to working with you!
