We are bringing home this handsome, elder gentleman, age 30! Oliver was living with an elder who sadly had to give him up, and he was taken in by our friends at NEER North [the same rescue that Biggs came from via Horses With Hope].
We will be driving the two+ hours next week to pick him up. He is in good health but it sounds like he has not been handled much. He is very sweet, and 'stinking cute' as they said! I think he just needs confidence. We hope he can possibly participate in healing visits. But we will give him time and space and love no matter what.
You can donate at the blog link, or on the current Facebook fundraiser page, or by check made out to Apifera Farm Inc., mail to 315 Waldoboro RD, Bremen Maine 04551
