Dear <<First Name>>,

Don't forget that you have until Sunday night to cast your votes in the first round for deciding which is the preferred option for linking the senior women's and men's race distances.  You can view the options here.

In this first round, 'The Status Quo' is not an option.  Once the preferred option (1, 2, 3 or 4) is established, we will then hold a second ballot of clubs to determine whether that option should or should not replace the status quo.

Each club has two votes, which must come from a leading committee member on behalf of that club.  One person should cast both votes, which may be for the same, or two different options.  Please do not vote if you are not authorised by your club,

The appropriate person should cast their vote using this template.  If you have difficulty using this link then please email me (gwent.juniors@neilmiller.info) and I'll send you a template for voting.

Other Reminders!
We are still short-handed, and are looking for volunteers to act as treasurer, officials coordinator (ideally an active official), a Covid officer, and help with registration.

We are also still looking for a club to host the second fixture.  Unfortunately, people keep building houses on our courses!

We have identified a way forwards with chip timing, but it won't be ready until after Christmas (more news later).

Mailing List
This email is being sent out on the Gwent League mailing list, which has now been extended to include all club contacts which Geraint established in early 2020 (thanks, Geraint!).  You can view or change your status here or using the link at the bottom.  BEWARE, if you click unsubscribe, you will be dropped from the mailing list without any option to confirm!

Regards,
Neil
