Global Packaging Alliance Announces New Partner During Annual Meeting in South KoreaThe Global Packaging Alliance® (GPA) announced that they have added a new partner by reaching an agreement with Samwon Printing during their annual meeting in South Korea last month. GPA representatives convened from all over the world to evaluate which of several potential partners in Asia best complement the GPA’s packaging network in terms of management philosophy, technical capabilities, and markets served.

“With Samwon Printing we found a perfect fit within the GPA world,” said Hans-Christian Bestehorn, GPA spokesman and CEO of the rlc | packaging group, a GPA charter member. “Their willingness to share information as well their productivity orientation and technology park is a great benchmark for the Asian packaging market.” >> more
