February 2017 Newsletter
After a great Summer and an almost perfect autumn the Lake District is now delivering a fantastic winter. Clear blue skies, snow covered tops and very little in the way of rain... what a difference a year makes !
Bookings are coming in thick and fast for 2017 with the Hobbit Holes filling up particularly quickly. As usual our peak times are the first to go with New Year 2017/18 already half full.
We have had our busiest winter to date both on the park and also with new projects. The 10 Hobbit Holes will be finished in a few days time and then, after half term, work begins on a new family shower room, to compliment the 4 family bathrooms we already have.
We hope to be able to welcome you to The Quiet Site for a well earned holiday in 2017.
Daniel and the Quiet Team.
Thank you to all those who visited us at The Caravan Show in Manchester last week. Sadly the local toffee and fudge ran out before the end of the show but it was lovely to meet so many people - past guests and potential future ones. We shared a stand with our friends from Park Cliffe and Castlerigg Hall. The centre piece on the stand was a VW photo booth which proved very popular with stand visitors.
