Our Final Thoughts For 2016
December 12, 2016

The Davis Food Co-op has always been guided by the 7 Cooperative Principles. The seventh is “Concern For Community.” We are aware that change is coming for our country, and the Co-op remains committed to the safety and dignity of our staff, our Owners, and our community. We hold space for diversity, for differences of opinion, and for dialogue. We stand for inclusion, and invite every single member of our community to stand with us as we call for an end to actions that divide us and incite hatred. We welcome all races, all religions, all ethnic groups, all sexual orientations and all genders to be a part of our Co-op family, and to stand with us against injustice.

In unity and fellowship,
The Davis Food Co-op
