This week, we celebrated our successful first year of Growing Bolder Magazine. Together with our publishers at Orlando Life, we gathered to thank the sponsors who made this first year possible and to celebrate the men and women featured in its page.

Growing Bolder's Bill Shafer and Marc Middleton and Orlando Life's Randy Noles paid tribute to our founding sponsors, which include Florida Hospital, Jewett Orthopaedic Clinic, the Neurospine Institute, Cornerstone Hospice, Bailey Zobel Pilcher, Del Webb Orlando, Alafaya Family Dentistry and The Mayflower, and our distribution partners at Walgreens.

We transformed Studio B at WKMG Local 6, the same studio where we tape episodes of "Surviving & Thriving," into one of the coolest party spaces around.

Arthur's Catering provided our guests with a wonderful assortment of food and beverages.

The most thrilling part of the evening was bringing together some of the extraordinary men and women featured in the pages of Growing Bolder Magazine.

Here, Growing Bolder's Wendy Chioji hangs out with two masters swimming legends -- Dr. Lucky Meisenheimer and three-time Olympic gold medalist, GB contributor and January cover story Rowdy Gaines

Growing Bolder's Marc Middleton celebrated the evening with Neiman Marcus' Andrea Batchelor and artist Donna Dowless, who was featured on the cover of May issue

The crowd also gathered to watch two videos:
